Accessibility Statement

Scope

This statement applies to the BEAM marketing site at https://beamhq.whop.site.

It does not yet cover the full BEAM product application, which may be covered in a future update.

Commitment

BEAM aims to make this marketing site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. This is an honest assessment for a static marketing site that we continue to improve.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure and readable contrast on eggshell / charcoal / kelly brand colors
• Keyboard-reachable primary links and buttons
• Respect for prefers-reduced-motion (scroll and load animations are disabled when reduced motion is requested)
• Descriptive page titles and alternative text or labels on key graphics where practical

Known limitations

Areas that may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA today include:

• SVG diagram text. The resume-flow diagram uses text inside SVG. Screen reader support and text scaling may be less robust than equivalent HTML text.
• Motion and animation. Default entrance animations exist for sighted users; we respect reduced-motion preferences, but residual timing or focus behavior may still vary by browser.
• Third-party host chrome. Content or controls injected by Whop's hosting platform are outside our direct control.
• Ongoing polish. Focus styles, landmark labeling, and heading hierarchy may still receive incremental fixes.

We intend to reduce these gaps over time.
